Glazed Confit Pot

Also known as a pot de confit, made of terracotta with a distinctive yellow glaze on the upper portion of the pot. Their original use was to preserve foods. 
Shows slight wear consistent with age and use, creating a beautiful patina.
Made and stamped in Portugal
